‘Intramural’ means ‘inside the university’. We offer a wide range of leagues, cup competitions and tournaments. You’ll compete against teams and players of LJMU students and staff. This is your chance to make up a team from your halls, your class or just a random group of friends. The competitions take place at lunchtimes and the weekend. You will be able to keep up to date throughout the eight week season with fixtures, results and top goal scorers.
Play Sport
‘Play Sport’ is an exciting programme that does exactly what it says on the tin… just turn up and play sport! There is no membership, you are not in a league and all you need to do is come along every week just to have fun and ‘Play Sport!’ You can attend as many sessions as you wish with no weekly commitment to attend. You need a basic skill level and a member of staff will organise all the activities. It is a superb way to keep fit, make friends and have fun. Please remember to book early as places are limited.
