Restarting the Panopto Windows Recorder (Staff Guide)

If you are encountering issues with Panopto and Powerpoint or are stuck in an authentication loop, please use the following steps to fix the issue:

  1. Close down Panopto and Powerpoint
  2. Open App Player (the green arrow at the bottom of your screen)
  3. Search for Panopto
  4. Click “PanRepair”
    Use the PanRepair tool to reset your Panopto windows recorder application
  5. Restart Panopto and continue
