A broad depth of knowledge and experience has been gained through extensive work, both voluntary and in paid employment enabling the individual to strengthen their leadership skills and illustrate effective team building of self and others.
Extensive experience of providing educational mentorship and preceptorship across all levels of registered and non-registered healthcare practitioners, enhancing their knowledge, skills and confidence when delivering healthcare in various settings.
A passion for education and learning is evident through extensive self-development and the desire to share this learning with others.
