I have over twenty year’s clinical experience largely working in both adult and paediatric critical care nursing and clinical research. During this time, I have meticulously strived to provide high standards of nursing care and inspirational leadership. I have actively sought opportunities to facilitate my professional development to advance my clinical skills, knowledge and experience. In 2017, I became a Senior Lecturer in Children's Nursing at LJMU.
