Dr Lisa Knight is Head of Management Development & Innovation at Liverpool Business School, with a focus on driving industry engagement and knowledge exchange leading strategic partnerships, including a flagship collaboration between Liverpool Business School and University Hospitals Liverpool Group NHS Trust.

Lisa's research focuses on the development and implementation of systems and place-based leadership within the public sector, focusing on health and social care. Additional interests include the pedagogical frameworks that drive leadership development.

Lisa has extensive board-level experience, having served as a Non-Executive Director and Chair across the private, public, and voluntary sectors.

Lisa is a Fellow of Advance HE, a Certified Management & Business Educator with the Chartered Association of Business Schools, and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
