Dr Konstantina Skritsovali

Konstantina is an Interim Principal Lecturer in Strategic Management at Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU), where she leads the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) Faculty initiative. Konstantina has received the Faculty Excellence Award for Outstanding Contribution to Teaching & Learning for her innovative approach to integrating experiential learning and extracurricular activities into the student experience.

Her research interests revolve around social responsibility, sustainable business models, and responsible management education. A pioneer in this field, Konstantina has recently led a project mapping the representation of the SDGs across undergraduate programs at the Liverpool Business School. This project sought to ensure that the reviewed programmes provide students with the essential skills and competencies to become responsible leaders and innovators in a sustainable future.
She has a proven track record of applying and leading funded projects, and is currently editing a Routledge book showcasing innovative pedagogical approaches for integrating sustainability into teaching, learning, and assessment within management education.

She is a Chartered Manager (CMBE), a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and the Co-Lead of the PRME Local Network for the North West of England and Wales. She serves as an external examiner for the University of Sussex and the University of Bolton, and previously chaired the Sustainable and Responsible Business Special Interest Group at the British Academy of Management (BAM).
She has been invited to participate as an external examiner in several validation processes for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

Konstantina brings a wealth of knowledge to her role at LJMU. She has extensive experience supervising PhD students and welcomes opportunities to supervise postgraduate projects aligned with her research and teaching interests.
