Dr Konstantina Skritsovali is a Principal Lecturer at Liverpool Business School, where she leads the Faculty initiative for the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME). Her research focuses on innovative pedagogies in responsible management education, corporate social responsibility, and sustainable business models.
Konstantina has played a key role in shaping the School’s strategic direction and curriculum development. She has led programme reviews and led the integration of responsible management and sustainability across the curriculum. She led a strategic project mapping the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) across undergraduate programmes, ensuring students are equipped with the skills and competencies needed to become responsible leaders and change-makers.
She has a strong track record in securing and managing funded research projects. Her work on green skills development has informed a UK Parliament inquiry into Further Education and Skills. Currently, she is editing a Routledge volume on innovative pedagogical approaches to sustainability in management education, due for publication in August 2026, with international contributions from academics worldwide.
Konstantina is a CMBE, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), and Co-Lead of the PRME Local Network for the North West of England and Wales. She serves as an external examiner for the University of Sussex and the University of Bolton and has participated in programme validations across undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She also previously chaired the Sustainable and Responsible Business Special Interest Group at the British Academy of Management (BAM).
She brings experience in PhD supervision and welcomes opportunities to support postgraduate research aligned with her academic interests.
