The British Fashion Council Foundation, In October 2023, the BFC announced the launch of the #BFCFoundation Joe Casely-Hayford MA Scholarship - honouring Casely-Hayford’s contributions to the fashion industry and his incredible legacy. The scholarship recognises Black British culture and its far reaching and impactful influence on wider British creative industries. In 2023, Taya Francis became the first recipient of this award.
