Needless to say as a student in Liverpool, you'll be hitting the books a fair bit. And while the libraries at LJMU are fantastic places to study, every now and then you need a different environment to help you get your head down, tackle your writer's block and get those creative juices flowing. So pack your bag and head to some of the best study spaces in Liverpool. You'll find free Wi-Fi, plug sockets, and perhaps most importantly, coffee. Mother Espresso

As the name of this coffee shop suggests, Mother Espresso is the place to come for a good, strong coffee. Great if you’ve been spending a few late nights in the library and that deadline is just around the corner. Tucked away behind Bold Street, Mother Espresso is one of the quieter working spaces in the city centre, making it a favourite for students and freelancers.
